Feast of the Nativity of Christ

Thy nativity, O Christ our God, dawned upon the world the light of knowledge; for by it, those who worshiped the stars were taught by a star to adore Thee, the Sun or Righteousness, and to know Thee the Dayspring from on high. O Lord, Glory to Thee!
